Breathe
A balloon bubbling in my chest
Tightening, constricting each single breath
Breathe
Numbness cascading down my arms
My mind grows foggy as my head fills with lead
Breathe
The weight becomes unbearable
Shoulders droop, chin rests on heaving chest
Breathe
Unable to exhale
Breathe
Squirming fear grows in the pit of my stomach
Wrestling and writhing
Breathe
Nausea comes in waves and swells
My spine contracts
Breathe
Shoulder blades lock into place
Pain emanates from contact with the world
Breathe
Trapped inside my own mind
Breathe
Words and thoughts as I walk about

She sat
Feet turned in at the toes, arched heels flicked out. A very uncomfortable position. Knees knocked together and the bus bounded down the road. Wearing fading denim jeans with a wine hoodie, white draw strings dangling carelessly back and forth. Upon her knee sat a blue puma bag with a gold faded logo.
Black rimmed glasses with silver arms gripped her delicate face. Eyes cast down obscured by the black frame. Her skin was creaseless and smooth with a plump set of oval lips slightly turned down at the edges. It gave a look of forlorn. Eyelashes fluttering she glanced up. Deep brown eyes like melting dark chocolate. They have such light emanating from somewhere deep within.
Lips part, sucking gently on her top lip she runs her teeth over the pink skin making them stand out bright red!
